Shipping and Handling info:
At this time 2 Little Monkeys uses a combination of shipping methods. Most small items will be sent either by UPS or Priority Mail. We strive to use the most cost efficient and timely method to get your products to you. If you are interested in 2nd day air or overnight shipping, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. This option may not be available for all products.
Many of our furniture and accessory items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. The approximate delivery time and shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart. In the event that an item you ordered has been back ordered, we will notify you prior to processing your order. At that time you will be able to choose to either proceed with your order or to cancel it.
Large furniture items are delivered by a common freight carrier and will be unpacked and assembled for you. The freight carrier will contact you directly for delivery time. If the carrier is unable to make contact with you within 10 days or unable to schedule the delivery within 10 days, you may incur daily storage fees. These additional storage fees will be added to your credit card unless the item is a freight collect shipment, in which case the charges will be due to the carrier upon delivery. Again, the approximate delivery time and shipping costs will appear in your shopping cart. Occasionally, larger furniture will be shipped freight collect.
Items that are shipped freight collect require that you pay all applicable shipping and handling charges directly to the carrier. 2 Little Monkeys will not apply charges for shipping on these items. In most cases, shipping fees are approximately 10-15% of the total. You will be contacted by the carrier to arrange for delivery and at that time actual shipping and handling costs will be given to you. As stated above, if delivery cannot be made within 10 days or if a delivery appointment is missed, any storage or rescheduling fees will be added to your total shipping costs due upon delivery.
Shipping time approximations are given for each item. Please keep in mind that many of the items we feature are hand made, hand finished and custom made for you upon ordering. 2 Little Monkeys cannot be responsible for delay time by the individual vendors we work with. However, if the item you have ordered is going to exceed our approximate delivery time, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible.
